To foster a sense of belonging, so that each individual feels seen and valued, thereby allowing them to fully contribute towards the synergy of the collective.
Instead of expecting individuals to blend into a colourless mass, we encourage an understanding and nurturing of the spectrum of uniqueness that ultimately strengthens organisations and sets them apart.
Belonging rarely happens without concerted effort aimed at understanding both differences and common goals. EquiDiverse Synergy’s offering is multifaceted, grounded in an understanding of challenges faced by both individuals and organisations, and points of entry to spark insight and foster belonging.
After an initial consultation, including current location of challenges and strengths, mapping the terrain and ideal destination points, we work together to pick one or multiple trainings/ workshops that would best suit your needs. This becomes a curated map-making expedition, so that each journey is unique and fresh.
Trainings provide foundational knowledge, ideal for organisations new to DEI or seeking a refresher. Approximately 2 hours long.
Workshops are immersive and action-oriented, focusing on real-world application through case studies, group exercises, and strategic planning. Workshops can be taken independently or as a deeper dive after a training. Approximately 4 hours long.
